Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 27jl ("27jl," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 27jl.club. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 27jl account and access any real-money products, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) 27jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested by 27jl for the purpose of account verification and compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements.

Consistent with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance framework, all 27jl accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawal privileges are enabled. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, Passport, Driver's License, UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID), Voter's ID, and PRC ID. 27jl may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 27jl login credentials. 27jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. Deposits & Withdrawals

Account Suspension & Closure

27jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transaction activity that triggers PAGCOR or BSP reporting obligations.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities.

Upon account closure for any reason other than a confirmed breach, 27jl will return the verified account balance minus any bonus funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Funds will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 27jl platform, including but not limited to the 27jl brand name, logo, visual design, game content, software, text, images, graphics, data, and user interface elements, is either owned by 27jl or licensed to 27jl by its game providers and technology partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 27jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the 27jl platform without prior written consent from 27jl.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 27jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 27jl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures outside 27jl's reasonable control, loss of data, or reputational harm.

27jl's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

27jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by 27jl's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, PAGCOR compliance reporting, anti-money laundering obligations, and improvement of platform services. 27jl does not sell personal data to third parties.

Amendments to These Terms

27jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the 27jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms prior to the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 27jl platform shall first be submitted to 27jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

If a dispute is not resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of formal submission, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority for the relevant gaming activity. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Philippines.
